Internet megamall Molotok.Ru has acquired a few dozen classic servers produced in 1965-1967 for the Soviet TV portal www.cccp-tv.ru. Research has shown that Soviet television content is best received by the viewers when streamed from servers produced in those days. Servers will be placed in a specially designed data center, as they are times bigger than their much smaller modern brethren. Anonymous representative of the company sponsoring the Soviet TV portal has shared that “it was not too hard to purchase a good number of classic servers – there’s plenty of everything at Molotok.Ru”.
On November 7, 2009 Uravo launched CCCP TV - one of its cornerstone projects. At www.cccp-tv.ru from now on lives a growing collection of Soviet television programs from Gosteleradiofond: Vokrug Smekha (Soviet humor), Goluboi ogoniek (official New Year party), Vremia (daily news program), etc.
Uravo Group has finalized the development of a proprietary advertising solution for streaming video. The ad solution is implemented at Uravo.tv, and will be used at Soviet Times video portal, to be launched in a number of local networks shortly.

Uravo.tv has prepared a short video for this memorable day when we celebrate our victory in the II World War. We are introducing our new format called “The day before”. We will try to prepare a video celebration of forthcoming holidays and memorable days. We hope you like the new format.
